Second, use the power of consistency and repetition. Repeat those powerful phrases day after day after day. Just like the advertisers do. Repeat them until your kids get sick of them!

Third, as your children grow and mature, continue to use those powerful affirmations (tweaked for their age group) even when they groan and roll their eyes! They’re hearing you and they love it.
